• Empty sections stay out of the way more often, and permit detail loads faster by prefetching related counts and trimming unnecessary waits.
• Email templates got a richer editing experience with a simpler fallback mode and cleaner image handling.
• Issued documents became much more configurable: per-permit language, branding profiles, per-permit letterhead overrides, watermark controls, and PDF letterhead options all moved into a more capable workflow.
• Synthetic previews make it easier to sanity-check issued-document output before anything is sent out.
• Parcel-data sync groundwork expanded with clearer onboarding choices, admin controls, and scheduled ArcGIS runtime plumbing for localities that want a more automated parcel pipeline.
