Financial assurances — bonds, insurance, and related filings — can now be tracked on individual permits from setup through issuance.

• Permit types can specify which financial assurances are required (performance bonds, payment bonds, insurance certificates, and similar).
• Staff see assurance status on the permit record: what was requested, what has been received, and what is still outstanding.
• Applicants can upload assurance documents through the citizen portal when staff request them, instead of delivering paper copies separately.
• Certificate of Occupancy and certain permit/certificate issuance steps can be blocked until required assurances are on file — configurable per permit type.
